Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for production before we ship your order. Shipping times will depend on Australia Post and your location.

I'd like a colour and thread option that isn't available. Is that possible?

If you have a specific material and thread combination in mind, that isn't listed, please get in touch with us! 

How do I care for my pillow?

We have created a care guide available here and each order comes with a printed version. 

Can I remove the cushion insert?

No, the cushion insert cannot be removed. We wanted to help maintain the pillow's seamless look and feel. The entire pillow can be washed and we have written care instructions here.
